At Salish Sea we are striving for better, better health , better conformation, better work ethic, but of course always ensuring to maintain the hallmark breed tempermant and personality Newfoundlands are known and loved for . My dogs are paired to complement eachother, To pull out the best qualitys in one another and pick up where maybe one another falls short because like humans , no dog is perfect. The goal of my program is to create a new line of champions , helping to contribute to the preservation of the Newfoundland breed.

2022 we became active in the akc show/event ring participanting in Conformation and Rally. I am also training our dogs in water work/rescue and drafting! Titles will be posted as the are achieved. We are nestled up in most northwestern corner of Washington state in the beautiful Bellingham Washington off of mount baker highway twards deming, about 30 minutes from the sumas border and 15 minutes from I-5 . Our home is tucked away on beautiful 5 acers where our dogs are raised in our home with us, they travel with us , sleep with us , and even eat with us. we visit our local lake whatcom multiple times a week and introduce all our dogs to water, teach them to swim , and introduce to them to other dogs of all kinds shapes and sizes .
In 2022 we are also welcoming our first litter , each puppy will be vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and health/cardio checked before going home. Our pups WILL NOT leave before 10 weeks of age , we will also be placing puppies with who we think the best fit is for each individual and their needs . we reserve the right to deny a sale of a pup/dog at any time at breeders discression.
